I have a pro account but my meeting time today was limited to 40 minutes. why?

Hello,
If you are a Licensed user and you are receiving the notification, you may not be signed-in to the appropriate paid account.
Please open up the Zoom client, sign out, and then sign in with the email that is associated with your paid account.
Make sure to sign out from all devices and browsers.
Note: If you are a Licensed user and join a meeting hosted by a Basic user, the meeting will have a 40-minute restriction.

Hi @Ulrikebeck , are you still having this problem? If you're using the Outlook plugin, I'd recommend updating to the latest version to resolve this issue, per this new article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/13962478987661
