joining meeting prior to organiser

Hello 

Does anyone know why someone can join my meeting before me and start recording?

Today, someone also joined a meeting that I had on the 18th.

I have selected disable join before the meeting 

I can't see where to attach screenshots here!

I'd love your advice

To join and start a recording requires a host key or the username/password for the account. You may want to consider changing both. The host key and the password is in your web portal profile.

thank you for your help I've changed them will see what happens. Just not sure why anyone would have them as I don't give them to anyone. But thank you so much it was useful to know this. Have a great day
