iPad error 104107

I have an iPad with iOS 16 installed. OS and app are both updated. Every time I try to join a meeting i get "Unknown Error" and the error code is 104107. I have no antivirus or firewall installed on the ipad and I have tried it while connected to completely different networks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update Zoom Client. Ensure that your Zoom client is running on the latest firmware updates.
Restart Device and Internet. 
Whitelist Zoom on SSL Inspection.

I am not on a VPN and I have tried two completely separate wifi networks.

Zoom client is up to date, 5.15.5 (9303)

iPad is up to date, 16.6

The device has been restarted numerous times.

There is no need to whitelist zoom as far as i am aware because there is no firewall or antivirus installed.

I tried to contact Zoom support and I got an automated reply that they couldn't help and pointed me here.
