how to recover the recording

I can't find my conference recording. After the meeting the link was sent but it is not available anymore (after 8 days). Does anyone know how I might be able to retrieve the recording?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @OTEKO.

 

Are you the owner of the meeting, or were you an attendee who was sent the meeting and recording links?

 

If you are the meeting owner, it's possible you have deleted the recording directly, or you have Zoom set to automatically delete recordings after 8 days.  Go to your Personal -> Recordings menu and see if the Trash is available; it might be possible it's still there, and can be moved to an active status.

 

If you are an attendee only of the meeting, then it's likely your meeting owner deleted the file for removed the permission for the link.  Contact the meeting owner for assistance.
