hiya, on a chromebook, using chrome and it was suggested i stop the Chrome extension and re-start with Zoom Client Meeting (Desktop). i don't want to create a new, different email, so when i try to create an account for Client Meeting, it finds my existing one tied to the chrome extension. any way to switch my email account to Client Meeting (Desktop) and "cancel" the chrome extension one? thanks,

Hello @hbni888,
You can just go into the chrome extensions and disable or remove the chrome extension for the Zoom Scheduler from your account, or you can sign out and then sign in to the new account using the email that you used for the new account. You can also remove and then clear your cache from your computer and then reinstall the chrome extension and start by signing into the new account after installation.
