enabling dual monitor mode

The only instructions I see to enable dual monitor mode is to go to my profile, click on settings/general.  Then check to box to enable dual monitor mode.  For the life of me, I can not find that option to check.

 

I have Zoom meetings with an office colleague and we share screens all the time.  When she shares her screen, out videos are shown at the top of the screen she is sharing - instead of on my second monitor.  I want to see our videos on one monitor and the shared screen on the other.

Hello,

 

To enable the dual monitors feature for your own use:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop Client.
  2. In the top-right corner of the Zoom Client, click your profile picture then click Settings.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. Select the Use dual monitors check box.

When I log in and click on my profile - there's no option for settings.  When I go to setting on the left side menu, then general - there's no option to select for "Use dual monitors".  I have seen these instructions multiple times and don't understand why my application doesn't have those options.

I have a Zoom Pro subscription.  Downloaded Zoom to my laptop - so I assume I have Zoom desktop client.
