creating a virtual background

I can't create a virtual background and the help videos aren't useful because there is no option to click on video in the menu.

What is the format of the virtual background you are trying to upload?

Make sure Webinar - Session Branding is on.

Enable Host control of panelist appearance - Save

Click on Pencil to edit and add background.
