cannot use meeting room in difference room at the same time..

Hi , does anybody know? I have a zoom licensed account and paid for 1 year. since purchase it we could use the difference room to host a meeting. as you know zoom license can use many rooms meeting as the same time. right now, we cannot use it. one start one has to stop. cannot use it at the same time. please help to solve it.
