cannot start a zoom meeting

when i want to start a new meeting from the zoom room controller, or i just start a new meeting using my laptop zoom client and invite the zoom room then to accept it from the controller, it was failed. showed the message: some of your zoom rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting.

Zoom enforces "minimum version" policy. It seems that some of your devices should be updated.

As of 5th August 2023 minimum required version for Zoom Rooms is 5.12.2 for Windows and MacOS/iOS devices.
