cannot connect to zoom settings on iphone to change background.

i cannot get my iphone to connect to where i change my zoom settings so that i can change virtual back ground on my ihone.

actually i had this set up on my other devices but it did not work across devices even though i had that ticked off. in addition there is a settings link when you hit your profile picture and when you click it it just hangs on the iphone with the latest ios.
