When I auto generate rooms for students, some seem to lose connection or not get into the rooms. Ideas?

Hi @christhomson can you ensure that all users have their Zoom Client up-to-date or ensure they are able to update? 

 

Can you please also share specifically what users are using operating system-wise (Chrome OS, macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, or Linux) when losing connection when joining a breakout room?
