Trying to follow the directions on this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057777952-Managing-custom-video-filters#h_01F8BB9FJKQSX99121GZ0C7WCB

But already on the first step, it's not working. It says "click on Account Management and then click on Account Settings".

There is no Account Settings under Account Management. 

 

It says this should be available on a free account.

    turns out you have to enter a credit card, even tho it's a free account, and then that opens up some options.

     

    very strange.
