blank meetings tab

suddenly, starting a few weeks ago, the meetings tab is completely blank

I have deleted and reinstalled the software - this didn't solve the problem

strangely, sometimes the meetings tab has all my upcoming meetings in it, as it should, but most of the time it is blank

this seems to be glitch

using zoom on macOS 18.5 (intel)

further info: the same problem exists even when I switch accounts – sometimes the meetings randomly appear, but often the whole tab is white

I have the same problem. My meetings tab is blank.  I can see my next meeting on my home page however I have several recurring meetings and sometimes need to edit the upcoming meetings I have scheduled. This is a very annoying problem!!

I'm sorry for the delayed response.

The issue of the Meetings tab appearing blank is a known problem. According to recent release notes, there was a bug where the Upcoming Meetings tab in the Zoom Web Portal incorrectly displayed meetings from the previous date, which could result in meetings not appearing as expected. This issue has been addressed with minor bug fixes as of August 18, 2025.

If your Meetings tab is still blank, try:

• Refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
• Checking for any available updates to the Zoom app or web portal.
• Waiting for backend updates to fully propagate, as some fixes may require time to take effect.
