audio problems when joining

whenever I try to join with computer audio zoom kicks me out of the call and if I try to access my zoom audio settings it kicks me out of settings, how do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated. I tried redownloading the app, clearing temporary files, checking drivers for updates, updating windows, and my zoom has permission to use my logitech camera. It might be because I can't actually select the camera as an input device because it has a mic on it. If that is the problem, how do I fix that? Thanks.

Fixed it! For those who might have the same problem, the fix is easy. I have a brio Logitech camera and Logitech gets disabled by default by windows 11. just go to control panel > hardware and sound > sound > recording > then right click your camera mic and enable it.

it looks like i got same problem, and i can solve it with enable camera mic. But i cannot use my other mic, when i go to the setting and choose my mic it became like that again, do u have any solution?

Hello @Koeyow,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.

Please uninstall the current version of the Zoom app, then reinstall the latest version. Additionally, ensure that your camera drivers are up to date.

Please let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

I wish I could help but I currently don't have any ideas. you might be able to try looking it up but be specific about your camera and your speaker when looking it up.
