Since the update, participants can hear me talk, but when I play music from my phone or iTunes on laptop, they say they can't hear the music or it's muffled. Also, they can't hear my cuing anymore.  I have been teaching online since COVID struck three years ago. Never a problem, until the recent update. Any ideas of why? or what I can do to fix it?

I’m on the receiving end of this issue so can sympathise. Did you receive any replies or suggestions?

I am having the same issue. Zoom says my premium plan does not come with "chat" support. Have been texting with someone for three weeks now. Issue should have been resolved. Actions I have been instructed to take are not working. This started happening about three months ago due to an update.

 

I have threatened to leave platform and find another. No response to the threat. Guess they haven't had enough people to leave to impact the bottom line.
