Zoom workplace crashing when trying to adjust audio

Just installed workplace and now I can't use audio - when I try to switch to audio settings the app crashes.

I have also experienced terrible latency issues with Zoom Workplace. It cannot handle incoming and outgoing video and audio simulataneously. It crashes. I am also running Ventura. It's not happening with FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, nor Zoom Classic. Only the workplace webapp and app. Extremely disappointing.
