Zoom will not launch using google calendar

Trying to join a meeting that has a zoom link on a website that is connected to calendar on their website. I click the link and and when I click on more details or add to my calendar the calendar opens and then does absolutely nothing. I cannot join the zoom meeting no matter what.  

 

Suggestions?

Hey @mstevenson31, there could be a number of things wrong here.. does the website have the calendar and the Zoom meeting invite embedded within the website? Or, were you invited via Google calendar i.e., when trying to join the meeting? Just trying to better understand the scenario here.😀If you're able to reach out to the host, I would maybe suggest just getting the meeting details from them.
