Zoom was unable to create the meeting

I am using squarespace and acuity to schedule appointments.  I have integrated with zoom but when an appointment is scheduled there is an error of "zoom was unable to create the meeting".  A link goes out on the invitation but I don't know why I'm getting this error in Acuity scheduling.

Hi Rachel, She is not facing camera issues. She is not able to schedule meetings using squarespace and acuity
