9/30/22 after upgrading from Zoom 5.11.4 to 5.12.0 my outlook calendar meeting are no longer syncing.
No meeting are showing in the Zoom Desktop App.

I have the exact same problem. Went from 5.11.10.4400 to 5.12.0.4682. (ubuntu)
With v5.11 I can see my Outlook meetings in Meetings tab in zoom desktop, but the tab is empty in 5.12.
If I create a meeting from https://zoom.us/meeting it correctly show in desktop app. So only Outlook meetings are missing..

Just had a message from Support after escalation, they are aware of the issue (changed logic when connecting to Exchange 2010 and 2013). Fix is to downgrade to 5.11 at the moment but they're working on fixing in the next update (6th November).

I've not found any solution no...
I used to downgrade to 5.11 to avoid the bug, but now Zoom (or company policy I don't exactly know) forces me to upgrade to last version in order to login/join other meetings so I'm stuck to finding Zoom meeting link into my Outlook meeting, which is annoying.

I have an open ticket (#15512705) regarding this issue and as of today, this has not been resolved.
Everyone in our company that upgraded is having this issue. We uninstalled 5.12 and installed 5.11 for now and sent out communications to employees to not do the upgrade.

Downloading the latest version of Zoom on both desktop and mobile has fixed the outlook calendar meeting sync issue.
