Zoom sound cuts off

I am using a bluetooth speaker for my computers and as I am in my zoom meetings I will also have another chrome browser open to check twitter or read news online. If a video plays on twitter as I am scrolling the sound will cut off on zoom. I then have to go into zoom settings to toggle speaker between my laptop and bluetooth speakers to get the sound back.

That makes sense, the software is behaving as designed. Also, you may want to consider a listening device that is not heard by your mic (like speakers would be) if you are speaking in the meeting.

Is there any way to keep Zoom sound on at all times, no matter what im doing in other browsers?

Yes, use a different device for the browser or learn to use an audio interface like the Focusrite 4i4 where zoom can be connected to a different sound card channel than the browser. Audio is very complicated and if you don't want to learn about how to mange around those complications the easy to do is use 2 different devices.

Is there a way to keep Zoom sound on at all times no matter what I am doing in the other browsers?
