Zoom recording button missing

Hello everyone.

I hope you all are doing well. My university provided me with a business Zoom account. Everything seems to be in order, but I noticed that the recording button is missing. Is it possible that my university has intentionally hidden this button?

I would greatly appreciate your time and consideration in addressing this issue.

Yes, it may be that the admin of the account changed the recording options for you.
You can make features available or not at an account level.

For what I have experienced, certain accounts do not have access to recording features. You may need to check what login you are using if you are using several, try them all until you find the one that can access the recording feature. If your login is from a corporation etc. then it is likely that the admin has disabled recording feature for that account. Maybe then create your own account where you will have all privileges including recording.
