In recent times I have updated zoom from version 11.3 to version 12.3.
Unfortunately, when I turn off the PC and then reopen Zoom, the need to update occurs again, again from version 11.3 to 12.3.
The update is successful but when I reset the PC again, the problem recurs; this has been happening for several weeks; I tried to completely uninstall the Zoom App and directly install the new version 12.3 but when I turn off the PC, the problem repeats itself when it restarts. What to do to solve this problem? My operating system is Windows 11 always updated to the latest version on 64-bit architecture.

Hi @Walking I know it has been a while since you initially posted, and I apologize for just now seeing your post! I definitely want to make sure you receive assistance. Are you still having this issue? If so, have you tried uninstalling the Zoom app using the CleanZoom application, and then restart your computer when it's finished?
