I have been using zoom on my HP Envy laptop with no issues for several months. Yesterday my zoom app updated automatically, and suddenly it won't recognize the built-in laptop microphone. When I do the audio tests in zoom, it doesn't recognize any talking. If I plug headphones into the laptop (and switch the microphone to the headphones) it works fine. Tested my microphone outside of zoom through the regular windows audio test and it works. Also made sure zoom is still enabled to the microphone in the privacy settings. Any other suggestions?

Hi @Abbye
Try scrolling to the bottom of your Audio Settings in Zoom and going to Advanced. Try adjusting the Signalling Processing method from Auto to On and Off. Try each option.
Can you also try a standalone test meeting here https://zoom.us/test
Post back here with any results.
