Waiting Room

Host cannot see Waiting Room.  Participants are there but host CANNOT see them there,

Is the host using the waiting room on his personal meeting room?

No, Figured out a way to bypass.  I converted JPEG to MP4 and it accepted that.  JPEG and GIF still not option showing.
