Hello!
I have been using Zoom on my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 for over a year now without any difficulty but today it wouldn't let me use my camera without crashing. I looked for driver updates (for my camera) and app updates for Zoom but both were fine. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but now it says that my computer doesn't have the correct requirements (ARM). Was there an update that has now made it impossible to use my Surface to teach?
Can I just use the website or do I need the app?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi proudlok
Could you please run the CleanZoom application https://assets.zoom.us/docs/msi-templates/CleanZoom.zip , and then restart your computer when it's finished?
Once done restarting please visit this link https://zoom.us/support/download this will automatically download the newest version for you.
Please install this version once downloaded.
Also you can use the web.

Hi - we have this issue too, but it doesn't appear to be zoom. The clean tool doesn't make any difference.
There appears to be a major issue with Microsoft Surface Pro 7 cameras on Zoom and Teams.
