Purchasing licence for someone else

Hi

Can someone purchase a Zoom Pro license for someone else?

Does that person need to have a Pro account themselves?

Hi, @Poorang  –

My recommendation is to add their existing user account to your account, add another license to your account, and assign that license to the other user. Read this Zoom Support article for details:

Thanks

But I don't have a Pro account and a friend of mine is going to buy me a Pro license.

The matter at issue here is that this person doesn't have or need a Pro license themselves.

So there’s still no reason they can’t put you in tie their account, but 1 license, and assign it to you.

Other than that, you’ll probably just have to find a way to target money outside of Zoom. There’s no other way I know of to do this inside of Zoom.
