If Zoom allows a participant or host to use their mouse to show an arrow overlay then Zoom can be used for remote support / assistance similar to Apple's tech support where thy share screen and provide assistance by pointing to things on the screen with a large red arrow.
This could be a good addition for Zoom.
Anyone agree? Disagree?
or is there something similar already..

I believe this is possible using the annotation tools when sharing your screen. Otherwise you might like to check out the remote support session feature.
