Ich habe die Bezahlt-Version von zoom und arbeite schwertpunktmäßig damit am Desktop (neueste Windows-Version), Treiber aktualisiert...

 

JEDES MAL, wenn ich Zoom starten möchte, friert es sofort ein. Dabei ist es unerheblich, ob ich selbst ein Meeting starte, oder über einen externen Zoom-link starte. Ich bin nicht zoom-fähig und kann nicht an Meetings teilnehmen.

 

Meinen PC bringe ich dann nur wieder durch einen Kaltstart zum Laufen, denn "nichts geht mehr", nachdem zoom eingefroren ist.

das ist äusserst komisch, hast du schon versucht Zoom in der neuesten Version zu installieren?

Hast du auch versucht HW zu deaktiveren welche evtl. zum Fehler führen könnte?
