Hello,
I am using a MacBook Pro Apple M1 running macOS Sonoma 14.3.1
I am using the correct version of Zoom for Silicone Version: 5.17.5 (29101)
During a meeting everything is fine until I open the chat or participants box and then my zoom freezes and I have to force quit. Once I open it again, it works fine and I can open the chat and participants.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom.
I have also contacted Apple Support who said they do not think the problem is their end, they think it's Zoom. However they got me to reinstall Sonoma just in case but the problem persists.
It only happens with Zoom and has been ongoing for a good few months now.

All resolved.
Must have been that version of Sonoma and the one previous as there has just been a macOS update and it’s no longer happening and it would happen every time without fail and it’s now not doing it and I’ve done multiple meetings on this version of macOS.
