There are no reported outages at the moment besides some dial-in issues in some areas. You can view the service status here https://status.zoom.us/. If you are experiencing an outage you should report it to support Submit a request – Zoom Help Center .

We tried this morning and couldn’t get it to work. States involved are Arizona Michigan and Florida.

none of our staff can get into Zoom at all.  We are in CA.

They just sent out an alert that a subset of users are getting a 502 error and they are investigating.
