Zoom dial-in number from Nepal not working

Dear all, 

a colleague from Nepal is trying to connect to a zoom meeting via mobile, using the toll free number (1800 001 0128 ) from this site: https://zoom.us/zoomconference?u=lEYb6X4z94hk2SRXk15T2hAj7EdULCaE1FZzkTXpeHg&_x_zm_rtaid=HBeKAYBGSBC...

 

However he reports that when calling that number, a voice says that this number is not registered.

Any help in this is highly appreciated.
