Zoom crashing randomly

Hello,

i've been having issues on my desktop with zoom

 

I'm on Windows 11

32gb ram

RTX4090

i7 13700kf

 

 

here's the log of the issue in the reliability monitor :

I've tried to:

Reinstall the app
change the Video Rendering Method to Direct3D11 as I read to do somewhere

This didn't solve it

i have no issues on my laptop.

I am having the same issues.  I have been a daily user of Zoom since 2018 and this is the first time I have experienced what seems to be random and unpredictable crashes.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled and checked that I am on latest version.  Very annoying.  I too have no other issues with my laptop.  Hope someone shares a solution for us!

Same issue here with almost the exact same specs as OP (the CPU is an 13900k). It’s been crashing ever since I got this computer around 6 weeks ago. Any information on how to fix would be most welcome!!
