Zoom call with Otter Assistant

Hi there - I have a basic Zoom account, and recently tested Otter Assistant for transcription. I was happy with the results, however Otter essentially becomes the "3rd" person at the meeting, therefore kicking in the 40 minute time limit. Is this happening for others, or is there a workaround? Perhaps the side-by-side browser option? IT's super inconvenient, and feel like my hand is being forced to upgrade.... And maybe I will but wanted other's input. Cheers!

Have you tried Zoom's built in live transcription?

This is available to all Zoom accounts for free.

Hi @Andie, adding to Arps' recommendation, I would highly recommend checking out Meetgeek as well. It offers 5 hours/month free and has a great support team.
