Zoom and powerpoint

Hi cannot anyone please help. I am using 2 screens that mirror each other,  I display a PowerPoint presentation on screen share then for example stop share and display a YouTube video I then cannot see my participants. Has anyone experienced this and know what I can do to solve this issue please?

Hi @DH33 ,

 

Have you tried to put a checkmark on the option "Use dual monitors" settings from your zoom app? This will show participants videos and screen shared content on separate screens.

Hi thanks for your help. U have tried this but unfortunately this does not fix the problem.
