On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I have a zoom room setup running with a neat bar but not getting connectivity. I see that it has a valid ip address from our network but cannot connect. The iPad is also connected to our network. Tells me to "please check my network connection..."
When accessing settings for the neat bar it gives me
Status - not connected
Displays mac address
displays valid ip address, subnet and gateway.
My network team says they see the device connected to our network but still the device is not talking to anything.

Reboot Devices
Restart both the Neat Bar and iPad (Zoom Room Controller).
Network Checks
Ensure both devices are on the same VLAN/subnet.
Confirm correct IP, subnet, gateway, and DNS.
Verify date/time settings on the Neat Bar.
Required Ports to Be Open
Ask your network team to allow:
TCP: 443, 9090, 80
UDP: 3478, 3479, 8801–8810, 123
Allow access to zoom.us
iPad Controller Issue
Must be on the same network as the Neat Bar.
Wi-Fi vs. Wired could be isolated — test with both on the same connection.
Device Settings
Check for proxy or static IP misconfigurations in Neat Bar settings.
Try switching between DHCP and Static IP.
Last Resort
Perform a factory reset via the reset button on the Neat Bar.
