I use Zoom on my Chromebook on a pretty regular basis. About 10 days ago, I logged in to find it had automatically updated to "Zoom Workplace" and suddenly I'm getting inundated with "low bandwidth" messages and very choppy audio quality when the other people are speaking.
Is there a way around this that does not involve me getting a new computer? This is already my second Chromebook, and upgrading Zoom was the reason I had to stop using the first one.

Ditto here. I just got a new computer earlier this year and it was working up until it became the zoom workplace. I used zoom for doctor appointments and meetings with my group therapy, YES, I do and it's helping me. This really makes me disappointed and I can't buy a new computer. Have they changed the specs on their webpage or something?

I'm also having those "low bandwidth" notifications for the last three months using Chromebook Zoom. When it happens, the meeting becomes choppy. I thought it was only my connection, but now I know this is from Zoom or Chromebook itself. And when I used Zoom yesterday (June 24, 2024), my video background function is completely gone.
