I have tried everything I can think of, but during my video meetings, the image "jumps", or lags, the color fades from normal to a greenish tint, I also get bright pink flashes. My software is up to date. I'm using a new Mac computer, Xfinity has been out here twice and I have purchased 1G from them. I have run out of ideas. I'm also using an IPEVO document camera. However, the problem persists when I switch back to the computer camera. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just saw this now, so perhaps you have already fixed your issue? If it is not your external camera, it may be your your internet provider. Imaging requires a lot of power in order to not lag, etc. Usually 400Mbps download speed and 50 Mbps upload speed is sufficient for no lagging on ZOOM.
ZOOM APP has changed so that it seems to reject all external cameras besides the computer's actual camera. All my external cameras lag with ZOOM. ZOOM is finnicky AF.
Hope that some of this may help you.
