Hi,

Twice this week, we (IT Infrastructure department) have been called for excessive Zoom Filtering.

Despite this url:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362683-Zoom-network-firewall-or-proxy-server-settings#h...

we discovered that we need to maintain a special list  with:

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    st2.zoom.us
Address: 18.161.97.86
Name:    st2.zoom.us
Address: 18.161.97.64
Name:    st2.zoom.us
Address: 18.161.97.95

and later with:

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: st2.zoom.us
Address: 52.84.45.123
Name: st2.zoom.us
Address: 52.84.45.116
Name: st2.zoom.us
Address: 52.84.45.124
Name: st2.zoom.us
Address: 52.84.45.82
Name:    st2.zoom.us

what's wrong ? we refreshed url, we circumvent proxy, we retrieve it from external server, even from home...

is it the good url to retrieve IPRange for Zoom ?

Thanks for any help

Here's the official Firewall Rules that includes all the IP's.

There are also some upcoming IP Address changes around the corner.

Hi,

Thanks for your quick answer, but despite the recent update, none of the IP we've added belongs to these list.

I don't know if it may help, but we work for a french university. Is there a specific list for european, french, or even a "french universities"'s list ?

Thanks for your help
