Zoom Desktop extremely slow

My Zoom desktop is up to date

But lately it becomes extremlely slow when I open the Meetings box 

it take more than 15 minutes to open up the dialog box to enter the Zoom meeting ID

Also the same thing when I try to open the Settings , it take 15 minutes to open up the Settings
Please help

Zomm desktop  also often stop responding (Not responding) and frozen

If you start having trouble on Zoom with everything slowing down, follow the "clear cache and cookies" directions for your device. Works, everything back to normal for me.
