Zoom Audio Very Noisy When Room Gets Quiet

We’re using NDI Tricaster to send Audio and Video to zoom. 

 

Whenever the room goes quiet. There is an audible noise in zoom. We have tried turning on original sound but that hasn’t done anything to change the noise.  

 

Does anyone have any possible solutions to this issue?
