Zoom Apps - Do all participants need an app installed for games to be played?

Hello!

I'm organizing a team bonding activity for our next office meeting. I was hoping to use the Dive app so that we could kick-start the meeting with a Zoom game. However, I don't know whether I need to have everyone install the Dive app first before the meeting or if only the meeting organizer needs to have it installed on their Zoom. 

Would anyone be able to clarify this?

When sharing the app in the meeting, everyone should receive an invite via chat to open/install the app.
