For some reason, Zoom on Windows 11 (the app) won't respond when I join a meeting. It also won't respond when I try to open the app! Can you tell me what's wrong? Thanks!

Hello @Darienow
If you are joining a meeting using the Zoom App, the Zoom Icon will show on your taskbar. You can right click on it to open the Zoom app window, which is other than your meeting instance. See screenshot. If you click Zoom, you will see your zoom app. This way you can switch back and forth between your meeting and app.
Hope that helps

Restart your computer. If your screen still freezes or Zoom still crashes after a restart, check if the camera works in a Mac app, such as Photo Booth or Facetime. If it works elsewhere, uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall the latest version from our Download Center.
