Zoom APP running on Crestron Touch Panel

I'm running into an issue with Zoom room camera controls. When using a Creston touch panel, I noticed I don't have a way to control the camera on the camera control page. The control pad is not there. I have used this configuration before and never had this issue.  Has anyone run into this issue?

@Stuartdc Cases like this are often resolved by updating Zoom Room/touch panel to the latest firmware. If not done yet, please update them. Reboot sometimes also helps. Please share your current firmware on both Zoom Rooms/touch panel if you are still having the issue.
