Hey there,
we are facing issues with Zoom VDI 5.9.1 in our Citrix Environment (CVAD 1912 LTSR).
Every now and then Zoom crashes in running meetings. After that it is not possible to join the meeting again until the user logs off and on again on the virtual machine. It seems like something has hung up and the VDI-Client has lost the connection to the plugin on client side.
We are using Remote Desktop Hosts on Windows Server 2016.
Any suggestions?
Greetings,
TF

Did you get anywhere with this? We have a similar situation where the local zoomvdi folder grows very large - up to 5GB, then zoom crashes in the virtual desktop and the user cannot reconnect their session until the local zoomvdi folder is cleared down

Hi @TF @WesleyGill_2022 as it's been some time since you've posted this discussion, wondering have you looking into our KB on Updating Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)?
