Why didn't audio recording work?

Ever since Zoom switched to Workplace, it's been hit or miss getting an audio transcript of my meetings. 

 

I have a business account and work on a Mac.

 

Under the Recording tab, I have cloud recordings enabled.

 

Would scheduling the meeting through Acuity Calendar have anything to do with it?

 

This situation only began happening when I upgraded to Workspace. Help!

I have not come across this issue. 

Have you checked your default recording settings in the admin portal? There are a lot of options as to what the cloud recording incudes - "create audio transcript" and these needs to be checked on.
