Hi Folks,

Where do I add/edit "whitelisted domains" in my Zoom admin panel?

Thanks,

Rupert

Hi @Bort

I am trying to understand the extended Waiting Room options for Meetings.

There is one options that says:

"Who should go in the waiting room?"
- "Users who are not in your account and not part of your whitelisted domains"

Ha - I think I've just found it. When you actually choose that option, an input box appears and you can enter domains there. I guess that would be it then?

Hi @Rupert

Can you tell me what you are whitelisting domains for? That will help me figure out where you would do that in the web console?

Hi

Whilst i am trying to whitelist certain users, i keep getting this message "Please enter valid domain(s)"

I have attached an image so as to assist you in understanding my query better.

How do i overcome this?

Thanks

Was there a solution to this? I'm also having the same error message.

the domain is for an entire website domain. if you wanted to add ***********,  you could have to include the domain gmail.com. i wanted to add the personal emails from my team. ended up included them as users under a basic profile. no additional cost.

does whitelisting a domain allow a user to automatically enter the zoom session without going to the waiting room.
