Zoom uses the volume settings set on your computers sound card that is selected in Zoom. If you change the system speaker settings outside of Zoom to the loudest point to listen to music then that is the setting Zoom will use when it joins a meeting.

Ok so how can I fix the issue sorry??

As an audio engineer I can tell you that normally, for most users, setting the speaker level on Zoom to max does not present a problem. So there is something happening in your case that you have not shared. At this point I have no info about your computer, its sound card, or the device you are using to listen to Zoom's speaker output. Are voices too loud? Are music tracks over Zoom too loud? Are shared video sound tracks too loud? Without being able to see your system and situation it is difficult to offer a solution. External audio interface have different behaviors and often better control. Also, in addition screenshots of the settings > audio window that shows the mic and speaker settings would be helpful.

Ok thanks for your help so on my systems sound settings I have it set too 100 then i adjust accordingly so i have zoom set at 30 to begin with then when i join a call its jumps up to 100 and i have to adjust every single time. not sure if its a bug or not but would be good if it could just stay on 30 and not bump back up to 100..
