I found some references to "host" and "co-host," but changing them does not affect the results of the save, and when I tried it at hand, the cloud recording itself was not possible unless I was the meeting creator.
I'm tired of checking recording results while changing conditions one by one.
Is it a requirement that an account with cloud recording privileges (Pro plan or higher) create the meeting? Is it possible to join a meeting created by someone else and initiate a Cloud Recording?

Hi @tw_dev, welcome to Zoom Community! The host (meeting creator) must have a paid license to be able to record meetings to the cloud. If you join a meeting as a participant, you can request the host to enable the cloud recording or you can record locally to your computer if the host has set these permissions prior to the meeting. Only an alternative host can initiate a cloud recording if the meeting creator is not present.
