Hi,

In my PC webcam mode, i see my background but not my face.

How do i fix it?

Hi @XavierSzt ,

 

It could be your PC doesn't have enough power to run virtual background, or you have chosen the option "I have a green screen" but you actually you don't have. Please refer to below support document on how to use virtual background.
