Web Zoom Recording

Hello!

 

I recorded a Zoom Meeting while using the web version of Zoom. To my understanding, a recording of this kind is supposed to get saved to the Cloud. However, I didn't own Zoom Premium, so I bought a subscription shortly after the meeting ended, hoping to find my recording stored online. This was not the case. Is there any way to recover this lost recording ? I got no email regarding it either. This was very important (and I subscribed to Zoom almost solely to access it).

@ana1729 Happy to look into this,  prior to the recording were you on a Pro account or using a free acount?

 

 

Prior to the recording, I was using a regular free account.
